Stacey Krainbucher
As a wife and proud mom of three boys, I have learned that life is not measured by how many times we fall, but by how many times we choose to get back up. With a positive outlook and a never-quit attitude, I believe every challenge, setback, and failure carries a lesson that helps us grow into stronger versions of ourselves. I am passionate about encouraging others, especially children, to overcome mindset hurdles, build confidence, and recognize their own worth. My hope is to inspire others to embrace who they are, love themselves unapologetically, and shine brightly in a world that often asks them to be someone else. After all, everyone else is already taken. Be the light you were created to be, and never allow anyone to dim it.
How My Big Day came to be.
As a mom of young children, I often looked for books that blended realistic childhood experiences with positive life lessons. While there were plenty about winning, competition, and athletic achievement, it was hard to find stories that emphasized encouragement, resilience, self-belief, and supporting one another.
I wrote these books to help young readers see that success isn’t just about the scoreboard. It’s about showing kindness, believing in yourself, learning from mistakes, and having the courage to keep going when things don’t go as planned. My hope is that every child who reads these stories feels supported, encouraged, and reminded they are capable of amazing things.
Most importantly, I want kids to know their worth isn’t defined by wins or losses, but by the character they build, the effort they give, and how they treat others along the way.
